So I enrolled into
NOMA on April 7, 2011. It is an online makeup school hence its name. Upon completion of the course, you will receive a makeup certificate. I decided to enroll through this academy because I'm currently trying to complete my Master's degree, a stay-at-home wife and mother of a 6 month old, and I frequently travel between California and Hawaii. Anyways, being an online program you go at your own pace to complete the course. You have 6 months to do so. Today I finally got my makeup kit that they provide. It's smaller than what I expected, but has everything you need. (Eyeshadows, Powder, Blush, Lip pencil, Eyeliner, sponges, etc)
This academy is a great start for me to put my foot in the door in the makeup industry. Once my husband and I settle down and have some money saved up I'll apply to beauty school. I never realized how expensive beauty school is so I'm happy with the route I've chosen.
