Hey everyone! A few weeks ago, I found out that I had won Sara Hassan's 1st blog anniversary giveaway, which was sponsored by BH Cosmetics. The prize was a 120 1st edition palette.
I was so excited to see this in the mail today especially since it's my first time ever winning a giveaway! I couldn't wait to open it.
I loved how the palette was carefully wrapped with a lot of bubble wraps to protect the eyeshadows.
There were even more bubble wraps after I took the palette out of it's box.
Aren't the colors beautiful? This was taken in natural lighting. I promise to do swatches soon. Now I can honestly say that I have all the eyeshadows I need for a good few years now. Haha.

Haha! I actually just finished writing (haven't published yet) my review on the 2nd gen palette and I'm preppign to swatch the 3rd as we speak. I definitely think they're good starting points for people jumping into makeup.

Thanks hun! I don't have a coastal scents palette so I can't really say how they compare but from the few eye shadows I've played with in this palette they seem very pigmented. Once I post my swatches maybe it'll help you decide. =)
