I went to a MAC store today to see if I could look at this collection; however the MUA said that it is just exclusive online.. So I just wanted to let you know.

Mascara Review

I currently own two mascaras: L'Oreal Voluminous and Maybelline Great Lash Big mascara.  Both had gotten good reviews so I wanted to see which would work best with my eyelashes.  Be aware that not everyone gets the same results, but these are just my opinions on them.

Every time I take the wand out there would be excess amounts of mascara on the wand so I would have to try and get it off.  It would also clump my lashes, which I don't have much to begin with.

This mascara is advertised as America's #1 mascara.  Now I haven't tried every single mascara out there, but for a drugstrore brand, it's pretty damn good.  The right amount of mascara always comes out on the wand and never clumps my lashes.  I would definitely recommend this plus I love that it's pink.  ;)

National Online Makeup Academy (NOMA)

So I enrolled into NOMA on April 7, 2011.  It is an online makeup school hence its name.  Upon completion of the course, you will receive a makeup certificate.  I decided to enroll through this academy because I'm currently trying to complete my Master's degree, a stay-at-home wife and mother of a 6 month old, and I frequently travel between California and Hawaii.  Anyways, being an online program you go at your own pace to complete the course.  You have 6 months to do so.  Today I finally got my makeup kit that they provide. It's smaller than what I expected, but has everything you need.  (Eyeshadows, Powder, Blush, Lip pencil, Eyeliner, sponges, etc)

This academy is a great start for me to put my foot in the door in the makeup industry.  Once my husband and I settle down and have some money saved up I'll apply to beauty school.  I never realized how expensive beauty school is so I'm happy with the route I've chosen.

Woot!  It finally came in the mail today. Now I can finally play around w/ my false eyelashes.  I bought it on eBay b/c it was cheaper but it wasn't until AFTER I purchased it I saw it at NEX for cheaper.  Lesson learned.  Haha.
