About a month ago, Born Pretty sent me a few of their items to review. Born Pretty contains nail art, beauty & lifestyle products, retail, wholesale & OEM items. Their website is definitely something worth checking out. You may also follow them on their blog or like their Facebook page.
I noticed that the new nail art trend seems to be nail dangle items. Seeing that they offered a few items, quickly caught my eye and it is something I have yet to try. Unfortunately, when I received the items I ordered, my nails were not long enough to have a nail dangle, so instead my cousin volunteered her nails for this review.
These are the two items I ordered.
24 pcs Nail Art Rhinestones Dangles Charms Decoration $5.30
Hand Dangle Drill Hole Nail Art Gel Acrylic Tip Tool $1.72
My cousin drilling the hole
The nail dangle charm she picked to try out.
We had to use pliers to open and close the opening. However, my pliers were old so it did not work well.
Success!
Pros:
- Pretty and Shiny
- Several types of designs and colors
- Lightweight
- Dangle drill was very easy to use
- Affordable
- Sufficient amount of dangle charms
Cons:
- Uncomfortable at first and takes a while to get use to
- Hard to type on a keyboard with
- Difficult to apply because there were no instructions
- Lasted just a few hours due to our faulty plier
- Only good to use/apply on long nails.
Overall, this new nail art trend seems to be slowly growing. It is something fun and new to try out. It will take the appropriate tools for it to last long on your nails and a while to get use to. If you are interested in trying these out. I suggest you go to Born Pretty to check out their many nail art dangle products.
