Update: Operation Insanity (Week 4)

I am finally on week 4 of Insanity!  I cannot believe how quickly the weeks have gone by or that I am still doing this.  Aside from my husband as a motivation, my blog and all of my readers also helps.  I really want to show you all that this program works and that you could do it too!  Week 3 was alright.  I admit I have been feeling a bit sluggish, but I just have to keep telling myself not to stop.  Being lazy is no excuse to not workout!  <-That has become my new workout mantra 

My week 4 measurements are:  (Hopefully I did the measurements correct)  If you look back to my Week 2 measurements, I have lost between .25-.5 inches all around.
  • Bust: 33 in
  • Chest: 28.5 in
  • Waist: 27.75 in
  • Hips: 32.75 in
  • Thighs: 21.25 in
  • Calves: 13 in
  • Upper arm: 10 in
  • Forearm: 9 in

I guess because I see myself everyday, I cannot really see the difference.  Also, I have been a bad girl.  I am not following the meal plan, but I will try to be much stricter on my diet.  Hopefully with that, I will get even better results in the weeks to come.  Stay tuned for next weeks update/results!
