I am halfway through my Insanity program! Today marks week 5. This week will consist completely of "Core Cardio & Balance." It gives me a break after one month of insane cardio and will let my body recover. However, I am dreading next week because I know the workouts will just get much more crazier.

My bottom half is looking great. It actually looks like I have a behind now! Haha. I still got that pooch though but it is manageable. I hope next week you will see more improvements on my body. Check back next week for my updated measurements.

I did the fit test yesterday and I'm about to start on Day 1...I didn't even finish the fit test. I practically laid on the ground for ten minutes. :'D
