*sigh* It is the start of week 6, which is also the max training workouts. Before I get to that, I will talk about last week. Like I mentioned before, week 5 was my recovery week. I enjoyed it just because it gave my body the relaxation it needs but also exercising at the same time. The two exercises that killed me where doing leg lifts/pulses and working on my shoulders. But overall, it was a good week. Today I began my max workouts and I am dying! It is definitely a step up from the first month of Insanity. I won't lie. I slacked off a bit because my body felt like it could not take anymore. But I did my best to complete the workout. I know now I really need to do better in my workouts, diet, etc. I hope as the days go by I get better with each exercise and take less breaks.
I am actually flying out to Kauai (a neighbor island) tonight and will be there until Wednesday afternoon. So it looks like I will have to use my rest day for this week on Tuesday since I doubt I will have time to workout. I am a little bummed about that because I wanted my body to get use the max workouts quicker, but I gotta do what I gotta do, right?
My week 6 measurements are as followed. Once again, I have lost between .25-.5 inches almost everywhere. My legs and arms seem to be the same measurements.
- Bust: 32 in
- Chest: 28.25 in
- Waist: 27.5 in
- Hips: 32.5 in
- Thighs: 21.25 in
- Calves: 13 in
- Upper arm: 10 in
- Forearm: 9 in

Don't give up! It's pretty incredible you made it all the way to week 6! :) I'm sure there will be even more results!
I am also getting into working out and eating a little healthier!:)
Girl you look good already but I understand you want to tone it out. I wish I had your body after kids. Keep moving forward and you will get the results you want.
Pfff. Dinah i'm super proud of how hard you're working but I think you're beautiful no matter what! You should be proud of what you're doing with or "without" visible results.
