We got about two more weeks to go!! I wish the results were better but I have not been as focused as I wanted especially with the food I consume. However that will be changing as of today! My cousin and I basically created a contract to reach our goal weight in four months. With that I am more motivated to lose the 10 lbs I have been dying to get rid of.
I am really glad that I completed my first week of the max trainings. It was tough and LONG! One thing I dread when I work out are long workouts. An hour seems like forever to me. The regular workouts in the first month of Insanity were 40 minutes but most of the max workouts are about 55 minutes. I also realized that I cannot do a push up correctly. I need to work on my upper body strength.
With just a few weeks left, I plan to start the 10 minute trainer workout. Once I complete that I will probably try Insanity again but being much more strict with my diet plans. With that said here are my weekly pictures.
