Update: Operation Insanity (Week 8)

Week 8!  Oh my goodness.  After this, I just have one week left of insanity.  I am so excited.  I have been doing the max workouts for a while now but it still kicks my butt. These exercises are crazy and very intense.  However, I know that it is only for the better.  This week I decided to buy myself a sweat suit.  I have not been proud of my results.  I know I did improve in a few areas, but I want more/better results.  I figured I would try this suit to speed up the process.  After the first day, I learned my lesson though.  Wearing the entire suit for my Max Interval workout was crazy.  I was sweating as if I were in a sauna and I felt very dehydrated during my workout.  Also, sweat suits are not exactly "Insanity prepared."  The pants ripped from all the squats and jumping I had to do.  So now I just use the top during my workouts. I still sweat a lot but not to the point where I feel dehydrated anymore.

If you decide to wear this, be prepared to have sweat drip out of your suit.  I had to lay down a towel on the ground because my sweat kept dripping out the bottom of my pants.  

My week 8 measurements are as followed.  My calves and arms seem to be the same measurements. 
  • Bust: 32 in
  • Chest: 28 in
  • Waist: 27 in
  • Hips: 32 in
  • Thighs: 20.75 in
  • Calves: 13 in
  • Upper arm: 10 in
  • Forearm: 9 in
