I am finally in my last week of Insanity. I thought I would never get to this week. I have not been pushing myself as hard as I should. I honestly think my body is to the point of exhaustion after these past two months of the Insanity workout. I did slack off a bit today on my workout but I will do my best to work hard for the rest of these six days left. If I can do this workout program, so can you! Ever since I changed my diet I have managed to lose five pounds. I know it's not that much but I don't have much weight to lose. I just need to shake off seven more pounds until I reach my goal weight.

Keep it up. I tried the insanity work out and just couldn't do it. The fact that you've made it this far is amazing and your body looks great!!

It is always so difficult to stick to a workout regimen if the weight isn't coming off as quickly as you expect it to. HOWEVER, you look awesome. Congrats on the 5 pounds lady because any weight loss is a fantastic accomplishment
