Today begins Day 1 of my Nutrisystem 3 month program! I am very excited. My goal is to lose 30 lbs. So here we go!
Day 1 141 lbs.
Since I got things covered in the kitchen, I just have to keep myself motivated and maintain a weekly workout routine like I did before. Here is a look at my meals for the first month. I have the Women’s Select 28-Day Plan.
This first week, I will be doing Nutrisystem’s Fast 5 program. I am curious to see if I really will lose 5 lbs during my first week.
