Week 2 has passed! This week was much better since I was able to eat a bit more and had more food choices. I have to admit, however, I cheated a bit here and there by having some rice. I can’t help it. Asians love their rice.
Also, last Monday my family and I went to Applebee’s. I was very tempted to eat my daughter’s fries and take a bit of my husband’s burger. BUT instead I sticked with my meal, which was also Weight Watcher’s approved so I didn’t feel too bad.
Good news is I lost another pound. I also lost an inch around my waist. I have also been good at sticking with my Focus T25 workout routine.
So far everything is going great! I hope next week will be the same.
