I was terrible this week. My self-control went out the window. This week my family and I ate out a lot! Even though I knew I shouldn’t have, I still ate food I shouldn’t have. So as you can guess I did not lose any weight.
However, on the workout front I did pretty well. I managed to workout every day for 30 – 60 minutes. Not bad, right?
Month #1 on Nutrisystem is almost done so I want to work harder and try to lose a few more pounds before this month is over.
Stay tuned to see my progress. I will get back on track whether I like it or not.
