I apologize for my lack of update last week. However, I am proud to report I am still going strong with my Focus T25 workouts. Last week I did notice just a few lost of inches but this week it is the same. I just really need to work on my nutrition. Why does bad food have to taste so good?! Sweets and carbs are my ultimate weakness. That is my goal to work on. I hope I can stick to decreasing the amount of sweets and carbs I consume. Wish me luck!
