I just need to talk about this life changing product!  The Luna cup is a menstruation cup!  I wish I had this product when I first got my period.  That’s how amazing it is.  TMI, but when I first menstruated, my mother gave me pads.  I hated them with a passion.  I just hated the feeling and experienced more leaks in those.  When I got to college, my roommate told me about tampons.  Those were a little better but it was still a hassle carrying a handful of tampons with me wherever I went and having to change it often.  Finally after having my third child and knowing I’d be getting my period again, I did some research.

On Amazon, I found many different brands of menstruation cups.  I decided to go with the Luna Cups for $22.95.  There are two sizes to choose from: Small and Large.  It’s recommended to get the Large if you have given vaginal childbirth or a heavy menstrual flow.  It also came with two different pouches to keep your cups in.

At first glance these cups may seem intimidating and scary especially since you need to put it in your body, but all I gotta say is don’t knock it till you try it.  These cups are made of soft silicone.  It also comes with instructions on how to clean and use your cup.

It is so easy and convenient to use!  I can’t say it enough how much I am so happy to have started using these.  I no longer have to worry about leaking through my clothes or having to change every several hours and can sleep through the night comfortably.

With the cup, I honestly forget I even have my period.  I change my cup every 12 hours (8am and 8pm).  If I’m out past 8pm, I just need to take it out, clean it, and put it back in.  You may think clean up must be very messy but it really isn’t.  No more carrying spare pads or tampons in my purse.

I will never go back to pads and tampons again.  If you’ve been debating whether or not to try menstruation cups, I say go for it!

Recently, I purchased a new silicone ring.  Having lost 13 lbs so far, my current Qalo silicone ring has gotten too big for me and would keep sliding off.  Although Qalo and Enso are roughly the same price and very simliar, I noticed that Enso had a 20% coupon on Amazon and also had the color and style I wanted.

This time around instead of a solid style, the twist style looked more appealing to me.  I also got it in Coral.  Honestly, the only time I will wear my regular wedding rings now is for special occasions since those are a little too big for my finger now but I want to wait until I reach my goal weight to resize it at the jewelers.

I love how comfortable silicone rings are.  It’s also great not having to worry about scratching my ring while I lift weights.  If you’re looking for a new ring to wear for everyday use, silicone rings are the way to go.

I looked online at different websites but it was all so expensive.  Honestly, the last place I would have thought of looking on was Amazon but I figured what the heck.  Good thing I did, because I found these beauties.  I wanted something that had pockets so I could put my phone in instead of leaving it in my locker at the gym or always putting it on the floor.  Also, I needed pants with a high waist.  Ever since having my third baby I have been more than ever self-conscious of my belly pooch that’s so hard to get rid of.

Let me introduce you to the ODODOS High Waist Out Pocket Yoga Pants Tummy Control Workout Running 4 Way Stretch Yoga Leggings on Amazon.  I know it’s such a long title for pants but that’s what Amazon has them as.  Depending on which color and style (pants or capris), it will cost you between $18.98 – $20.98.  I call that a steal for such great pants.

I was only planning to buy black because all I wear are black pants since they go with everything.  But I wanted to be adventurous and add some fun colors to my collection.  I’ve already worn all of them and love it all.  I wish I had more!  So comfortable to use whether you’re lifting, doing some cardio, or just to use to the grocery store.

If you’re looking for new workout pants that’s also in your budget, I highly suggest giving these a try!
